Resignation of Director

Michael Lenane has resigned from the Board of Dublin Airport Authority plc (“DAA”), effective 19 October 2012, consequent on his resignation from DAA of the same date. Mr Lenane was appointed to the Board in October 2009, following elections held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Acts, 1977 to 2001.
