Credit Rating Affirmation

S&P Global Ratings (“S&P”) have affirmed daa plc’s (“daa”) long term corporate credit rating of ‘A-‘ and affirmed the ‘A-2’ short-term corporate credit rating. The outlook is stable.

In addition, S&P revised daa’s stand-alone credit profile upward to ‘a-‘ from ‘bbb+’.
